A Marketing Partner Who Treats Your Business Like It Matters
A fractional CMO gives you the marketing leadership of a senior hire without the cost of a full-time executive. For STR owners and co-hosts who want to grow seriously, it is the highest-leverage way to have someone in your corner who owns the marketing picture and executes on it.
What this actually means
Not a strategy doc you implement yourself. Not a retainer where someone answers your questions but does not do the work. A fractional CMO is a real partner. I become the head of marketing for your business on a part-time basis — owning the strategy, making the decisions, and overseeing or executing the work.
I keep this roster intentionally small. I work with a very limited number of clients at this level, because doing this well requires real attention. If the roster is full, I will tell you.
What working together looks like
We start by understanding exactly where you are: analytics, search presence, social, email, paid, and brand. No assumptions.
A clear, prioritized plan for the first three months with specific outcomes we are working toward.
I make the marketing decisions. You approve direction and stay informed. You do not manage the details.
I either execute directly or manage the right specialists for what is outside my lane. One point of contact for all of it.
Clear, readable reports that show what happened, what it produced, and what we are doing next.
When something comes up — a pricing decision, a new platform, a partnership opportunity — you have someone to think it through with.
Who this is for
Fractional CMO is right for you if you are managing multiple properties or a growing co-hosting operation and marketing has become too much to handle on top of everything else. Or if you have tried to do it yourself and it keeps slipping because you are already stretched.
This is not the starting point for everyone. For some owners, beginning with analytics setup or a direct booking strategy makes more sense before growing into a full partnership. We will figure out the right fit on the strategy call.
Questions
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
An agency typically executes a specific service (ads, SEO, social) without owning the overall strategy. A fractional CMO owns the whole picture and makes sure the pieces work together. I am accountable to your business outcomes, not just deliverable counts. What does this cost?
Fractional CMO engagements are custom-scoped. They are not cheap, and I am transparent about that. The strategy call is the right place to talk through scope, fit, and investment. If it does not make sense financially, I will tell you that too.Can I start with a smaller engagement and grow into this?
Yes. Starting with analytics setup or direct booking strategy is a reasonable way to see how we work together before committing to a deeper engagement. Many of my best relationships started that way.
